Hotel Gabbia D'Oro Verona

We had an amazing stay with great views of the Disneyland fireworks. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchenette and separate washing vanity sink and bathroom. The hotel's location just outside the parks made it convenient for us to walk to downtown Disney and Disneyland in a short amount of time. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff, especially Erica and Brandon, provided excellent customer service.

Nothing not to love.

The location is amazing, central to all of the city's sites. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and provided great advice and recommendations. The breakfast offered a variety of fresh cakes, ham, and cheese. The hotel's character and old-fashioned decoration added charm to the rooms. The lobby was cozy and provided a great place to spend the evening browsing through the interesting book collection.

The air conditioning was not working which made the first night rather uncomfortable.

The room had an oldish style with various colors and decorations that felt like walking into an antiquities shop. the orangeraie was a bit too cluttered with a bric-a-brac style.

Good We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the historical city. the hotel has exclusive amenities, including a garden area perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the service was exceptional, and our in-room breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the bar/lounge area for a drink before dinner. the private facilities provided everything we needed for ultimate relaxation, including a full body massage and special diet menus fulfilled our needs.

Cons the only minor issue was the mattress selection, which gave us some discomfort. the staff were quick to provide softer pillows, which helped.
